Websites and SEO, handled end to end.
Nine core services, all delivered directly by a Mansfield-based developer with 15+ years of WordPress experience. New builds, ongoing maintenance and the complicated integration work other agencies turn down.

Web design, WordPress and SEO from one Mansfield developer
Everything on this page is done by me, from the first conversation to the final launch checklist. I’m a Mansfield-based developer with more than 15 years of WordPress experience, and I offer a small set of services that fit together: building websites, running them properly, and helping them get found on Google.
Some people come to me for a brand-new website, some for an online shop, and some because the site they already have is slow, out of date or looked after by nobody. Whichever it is, the work is scoped up front and quoted at a fixed price, so you know what you’re getting before anything starts. Below you’ll find a quick guide to choosing between the services, and how they work together.

How the services fit together
Most websites need three things over their life: a build, somewhere reliable to run, and steady effort to be found. Treating them as separate jobs means separate suppliers, separate invoices and nobody quite responsible when something goes wrong. Because I do all three, they’re designed to work together.
A typical path looks like this. I design and build the site, host it on WordPress hosting set up for speed, keep it updated and backed up on a care plan, and then add SEO to bring in visitors. You can take any of these on its own and add the others later if you need them.
How pricing works
Every project is scoped and quoted up front. For a build, you get a fixed price and the payments are staged across the work, so you’re never paying for something that hasn’t happened yet. There are no surprise hourly charges.
Ongoing services work differently. SEO and website care run month to month with 30 days’ notice, so you stay only as long as they’re worth it. Pay-monthly websites have their own terms, which are agreed in writing before anything starts. One-off jobs, such as a fix or a new feature, are quoted at a fixed price for that job.
Questions worth asking any web designer
Whoever you choose, a few questions will tell you a lot before you commit anything:
- Who will actually do the work? With me it’s one person, from the first call to the launch.
- What exactly is included in the price? A fixed quote should spell out the pages, features and revisions, so nothing appears later as an extra.
- Who owns the site, the domain and the hosting? You should, and it should be in writing.
- What happens after launch? Sites need updates, backups and security checks, so ask who does them and what it costs.
- How will you know it’s working? Ask what you’ll see, whether that’s enquiries, calls or search traffic, and how it’s reported.
I’m happy to answer all of these before you spend a penny, and my answers are the same in writing as they are on the phone.
One developer, start to finish
When you get in touch you’re speaking to the person who will design, build and look after your site. There are no account managers, no hand-offs and nothing outsourced. That is why I can reply quickly, usually the same day, and why changes don’t get lost between departments.
Everything is handled by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call, and I’m around every day from 09:00 to 21:00. That works just as well whether you’re in Mansfield or elsewhere in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or the UK. See the areas I work in, or send me a message to get a fixed price.
