These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of web design, WordPress development, and related services by Simon Says Web Design ("we", "us", "our") to you, the client. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide website design, WordPress development, WooCommerce builds, custom forms, API integrations, and ongoing maintenance. The specific scope of work will be agreed in writing (via email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner, and to grant us the access and permissions needed to complete the work. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and code transfers to you. We retain the right to use non-confidential project details in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
The agreed scope includes a reasonable number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party services, hosting, or plugins.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is payable, and any deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
