Find Out How to Earn Money From Home Without Any Investment

It is much easier to make money when you already have money. For a start you can afford to take more risks, plus there are more options available as to what you can do. Learning how to make money from home without any investment on the other hand is a bit more difficult. That is not to say it is too hard, far from it there are lots of ways to make money from home for free.

Having been in this position myself I speak from experience when I say the best way to proceed if you are wanting to learn how to make money from home is starting an online business. The internet has brought the whole world to our doorstep, take advantage of that and become a freelancer. There are many different types of freelancer these days although this was a term mostly associated with writers in the past. There are freelancers who design websites, design logos and banners, write SEO articles, offer recruitment services and plenty more services besides.

Firs things first, you need to decide what type of freelancer you are going to be. Head on over to Elance.com, Freelancer.com, Guru.com and oDesk.com to see the types of skills that are in high demand. These freelancer sites are a great place to start when you are just setting out as a freelancer. The buyers with work are already there, all you need to do is submit a proposal and get accepted! This is much easier than trying to find clients the old fashioned way – cold calling, emailing, advertising, marketing etc. These can come later, once you already have one or two projects under your belt.

Here are just some ideas of how you to earn money from home by freelancing:

Become a virtual assistant. This is a relatively new concept, but it is growing year on year. A virtual assistant is a bit like a personal assistant but online. You could brand yourself as the ultimate home help – able to make phone calls, schedule appointments, book the car in for a service…anything and everything to make home life easier and run more smoothly for your clients. Alternatively you could take on a more corporate role and offer a range of business services like diary management and market research.

Learn a new skill. This can take a bit more time, but many people have done it including myself (I learnt how to do SEO). There is so much free information and free tutorials out there on the web that even learning something technical or complex like graphic design or web design can be done.

Start writing. When you visit the freelancer sites you will see that one of the largest categories of jobs is the writing and translation category. Every single website needs content, and article marketing is one of the best ways to market a website. For these two reasons alone the amount of writing that is needed is huge. There are opportunities for anyone who can write clearly and with good grammar. You don’t need any experience nor a qualification related to it. The trick to creating a good income with writing is to learn how to write efficiently and quickly and offer good rates for bulk work.

Invent a new job. This might sound a bit strange, but I’m sure when the first virtual assistant appeared there were eyebrows raised. How about a freelance recruitment consultant – helping people find jobs. Why not take advantage of this difficult economic climate and help people find work, even freelance work if you have to? I think there is a lot of mileage in this. You could offer interview training, CV and resume rewriting and set up interviews for your client. You could also invent a role as half virtual assistant, half life coach. In other words your aim is to help people reach their goals by taking care of the nitty gritty and helping them focus on the bigger picture. This could work really well as life coaching is very fashionable.

Start a blog. Some bloggers make considerable sums of money and there is no reason you couldn’t. The desired outcome is a blog with high traffic – this makes companies want to advertise / send free samples or their products / ensures your blog is valuable. There seem to be two main types of blog out there. One type is personal and related to one aspect of life. This could be some kind of life overhaul, forging a new career or learning something new. The key is to make it all about you. The other type of blog is one that’s not personal at all. It might be about your freelancing business niche, latest news or tips for how other people can achieve something. Either way you should not try and copy someone else’s style but be yourself.

These are just some ideas of how to make money online for free from home. In my experience learning how to start a freelancing business and doing is the best way you can bring in a good income without having to find traditional employment.

How To Turn Your Website Investment Into A Profitable Online Business

How To Turn Your Website Investment Into A Profitable Online Business

It occurred to me the other day that I was stressed, busy and very tired. I was recently introduced to creating passive income online by owning websites. It was easy, you build a site, get people to visit it and sit back and watch the money roll in. Great concept I thought, so I took the plunge and built a site.

Now it was exciting to start. Getting the site up and running was kind of cool, I got to choose a template, write the content and get analytics on to watch it grow. However once I got the site up and running the traffic was pathetic. Every day I logged into analytics and AdSense to check how it was doing. I got a few visitors including a few uniques; however I suspected that they were my friends and family logging in to have a look.

I started to do some research on how to get traffic. I was quickly introduced to the term SEO, which as most of you know stands for Search Engine Optimisation. There was so much information on how to SEO a website, including on-page, off-page, backlinking, indexing, bookmarking, article writing, the list went on. I had no idea what I was doing? I stumbled upon an article stating that article writing was a god place to start. So I ventured into writing articles, rewriting them, and then rewriting them again. I did this for weeks; it was time consuming and boring.

Don’t get me wrong I knew I could pay someone to do the SEO work for me, but during my searches the price tags that popped up kind of bothered me. Some places where asking $6000 for ten keywords on page 1. At this stage I couldn’t afford that. So for weeks I continued to write articles, open up accounts on directory sites, post them in with my links and hoped that the backlinking would improve my sites traffic. I also did a few twitter posts, blog comments and Facebook comments. Overall all this work got me about 20 backlinks per week. It was time consuming, boring and the results were negligible.

After a while I decided to source some cheap SEO. I started researching on forums, reading post and asking questions. I even posted my link a few times in the hope for some click throughs. For any newbie to forums, posting your links to soon is a great way to get banned. What I learnt was that cheap backlinks can be disastrous. There are SEO providers out there that will build you thousands of links to your site at what seems to be a great price. Your ranking will improve, so will your traffic and for me my profit increased too. This was great, for a while. A short time after using one of these services my results started to drop along with my traffic and of course the profit.

What I found out was that cheap backlinks are cheap for a reason. They don’t last. Now as I said I did make some money, however the cost was more than what I made so I had really wasted my time and money. I found out also that bad techniques like this often mans you need to create more backlinks than the first time to get your ranking back up. Of course that means more money.

I headed back into the forums, asked more questions and learnt better techniques to build backlinks. I learnt that you need to build links on good quality sites, sites that stay alive and have good PageRank. Have your links on sites that relate to or close to your niche and are not stuffed into it multiple times. Eventually I found the solution, at a good price and my site ranks great.

You can find out the method I use at google.com/website?sl=ar&tl=en&hl=en&u=http://rampitupmarketing.com/”>Ramp It Up Marketing.
